Global Client Manager
What can you expect?
Mercer helps global clients such as those listed on key stock exchanges, with complex issues in a wide range of people and career transformation issues as well as pension and investment related functions. The firm is committed to serving these clients from a Global Client Management structure, where our staff lead client relationships for an existing portfolio of 5-10 key clients.
As a Global Client Manager, you will be responsible for growing an existing client base through the Singapore and Southeast Asia region, Asia and elsewhere of 5-10 existing key clients. You will be expected to realize annual growth of 10-15% across the portfolio to grow the existing revenue base of US$5-10M. Support, infrastructure, and opportunities will be provided to enable the necessary platform to grow the business in line with key targets.
Engaging with your global client portfolio at C-level, the Global Client Manager will gain a deep understanding of their client pain points and align a solution from the Mercer and/or Marsh McLennan tool kit to solve the problem. The successful candidate will then engage global delivery teams around the world to engage and execute on the solution in order to enable the Client Manager to cement client relationships and scope out future assignments.
