Job Description


We are looking for a Global Contract Manager to join our Policy Management team in Singapore office.YOUR ROLEAt the heart of the policy management, the Global Contract Manager supports the Account Manager (ACMA) both at Policy and Program level by coordinating the Policy Administration (PA) related tasks :

  • you contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the timely and proper execution of activities related to PA contract management and accounting topics at both Managing insurer and Program manager level with a full compliancy on internal procedures, tax and legal constraints,
  • this includes to closely liaise and coordinate with other teams beyond geographical and functional borders to provide seamless worldwide contract servicing to the Policyholder (other teams throughout the MNC teams, local claims teams, local finance, ...) and provide the best suited solutions in terms of contract management
  • with Customers and Brokers at local and HQ level to understand the needs and fix the potential issues.
You report to the Regional Director of Policy Management APAC.Your Challenges are to deliver high quality of services and be able to identify and make suggestions for improvement of tasksYOUR MAIN TASKSCoordinate and Execute timely the Policy Administration assigned tasks during the Policy Life cycle of the managed policies, and updates the Account Manager (ACMA) in charge with the relevant topics
  • Contract start incl verification on tariff and fees
  • Contract and customer management and incl contract amendments, renewals, terminations
  • Ensures that turnover declarations and premium calculations are timely transmitted and paid. Escalates to ACMA on policy / program level if needed.
  • Liaises directly with the customer and/or Broker in the Turnover Declaration /Premium base chasing,
  • Coordinates with relevant Business Unit (s) and services for Bonus -Malus calculations
  • Deals with the 2nd level customer requests assigned
  • Ensures tight communication with other local teams when needed (Claims, Risks...)
  • Ensures efficient communication with the ACMA in charge of its policies/Programs
  • Compensation, Invoicing for premium and fees, payments bookings
  • Premium & fees aged trail balances follow-up & Dunning
  • Payments to Intermediaries and deals with intermediaries\' questions
  • Ensures contract updates (changes in addresses, in clients\' bank account numbers)
  • manage cash deposit refund, minimum premium complement calls, profit sharing application in cooperation with contract management team
Be responsible for the timely execution of the PA related tasks at Program Level:
  • Advises on the best suited solutions during Extended Deal Teams and during the Program Life
  • Group premium Calculation, Premium base chasing,
  • Group Bonus - Malus calculations
  • Coordinate invoicing globally
  • Coordinates between MNC functions in Managing Insurer Business Units (e.g. Commercials / Policy Management )
  • Relays the ACMA on all the PA topics of his programs
  • Manage broker relationship at program and Business Unit level and act as point of contact for brokerage requests for MNC team
  • Is able to face the Customer HQ and the broker HQ during meetings
  • Initiates the necessary adjustments in a customer centric perspective in coordination with the ACMA
Identifies potential improvements on processes, organization and reports to the team leader
  • Complies with commercial gestures (decisions made)
  • Data quality control
Keys Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in International Business Administration / Management / Accounting / Operations / Finance
  • Proficient in written and Spoken in English
  • Second Language recommendable : Mandarin
  • Proficient in Chinese typing
  • 3 years in a similar industry or a comparable international function
  • Credit Insurance knowledge is preferred

Keys Experiences
  • Past experience supporting and/or managing customer relationships in an international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations
  • Past experience preparing documents with close attention to detail and quality control
  • Advanced ability to organize processes and workload to achieve objectives
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Advanced knowledge of AZT Multinationals IT systems (Praxis PF, IRP, SAP) - for internal applicants only -
  • Competent knowledge of basic IT systems (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Policy Administration processes
  • Responsibility for budget, premium, claims, costs
