• Talent acquisition, growth, support, nurturing, coaching, and management

• Organizational development including building, articulating, and implementing EDI to embed equity
• Employee relations
• On-boarding, off-boarding, performance management
• Training and staff development initiatives
• Policy development and administration
• Compensation and benefits design and administration
• Legal and regulatory compliance

Required experience

• 10-15+ years of experience including all areas of HR management
• Integrity
• Significant experience, competence, and passion for the full range of talent management, recruiting, performance management, and employee and organization development
• Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
• Confidence, experience, and high comfort level working in a dynamic company and with a scientific and technical employee base
• Superb analytical skills including building spreadsheets, data analysis, research, and building structured analyses for specific strategic and operational questions and needs
• Experience architecting, planning and leading HR structures and processes
• A doer, with an excellent execution mindset; self-motivated and takes initiative
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written communication
• Team spirit
