Furthermore, as an internal champion of complex transactions, this role will require working experience / knowledge of IBD and PB departments, to connect-the-dots effectively, with a strategic mindset, to optimally print the trade.Expected Time Allocation:
IBD Origination \xe2\x80\x93 M&A, ECM (Privates), DCM = 50%
Markets Origination \xe2\x80\x93 ONLY with a Solution / Need spin, not platform (i.e. MDA) focused = 30%
Overall GFO responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Coverage, Prospecting, Penetration with Asian FO trends, selling CPB products = 20%Qualifications:10+ years of experienceExtensive experience working in a senior capacity (investment, legal, financial) in a family office, augmented by (preferably) additional buy-side experience.
