Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Private Banking business is one of the largest wealth managers worldwide. This individual will be part of a helpdesk to provide support and technical assistance to clients who are using the Deutsche Wealth Online (DWO) eBanking facility to view their portfolio summary and monthly statements. The helpdesk serves as the first point of contact for DWO users if they encounter login, technical and security related issues.

Your key responsibilities
Respond to DWO related queries via phone, email, chat or face-to-face
Provide basic technical assistance and navigational guidance to DWO users
Investigate and provide support for internet banking issues such as login, access and etrading issues
Follow up with clients/users to ensure full resolution of queries and issues logged
Escalate security/technical related issues via established channels
Record and analyse common DWO issues and/or complaints and provide feedback as well as recommendations
Prepare and present monthly report, highlighting monthly statistics and issues
Handle tasks allocated by Manager
Able to work shift hours of Monday to Friday either 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm and certain public holidays.
Your skills and experience
Individuals with at least 2-3 years of client servicing experience within the banking or financial services sector
As we serve Hong Kong based clients, the candidate must be proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Familiarity with industry standard eBanking functionalities and security features
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively to help customers solve their issues promptly
Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Broad understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), PC and Mac
Ability to write, edit and update the operating manual and FAQ
Microsoft Office applications
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
