About Our Client
The client is a technology and telecommunications start-up organization specializing in digital infrastructure platform and headquartered in India. They are backed by a global Private Equity fund with strong investment projected for their organic and inorganic expansion into the South East Asia, Missile East and Oceania regions over the next few years. They have a close knit culture that emphasizes teamwork, work flexibility and opportunities for career progression.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will:
Design and develop the HR framework including vision and mission in line with overall business objectives.
Drive a high performing HR team by providing support in developing a talent management framework, and manage a team of 6 regional functional HR.
Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership to identify international requirements in HR processes, frameworks and systems.
Spearhead Global HR projects and initiatives, and facilitate diversity in cross functional teams.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have:
Degree in HR, related field with an MBA preferred.
15 years or more in HR management with 5+ years\' experience of HR Leadership experience. It would be preferred for candidates from a start-up technology or professional services organization.
Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of driving Talent Management framework.
Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment, and experience in Global HR Transformation.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the willingness to travel overseas frequently.
