We are looking for a Global HR Process Improvement Senior Expert

Location: EMEA, UK or APAC - home based

Key accountabilities

Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation and standardization of existing processes across the employee lifecycle

Lead the development and implementation of HR processes improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and support business objectives

Identify HR process gaps and design solutions to address them, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in HR processes improvement

Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to implement changes to HR processes and systems

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes improvement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of HR processes improvement initiatives

Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in HR processes improvement and leverage this knowledge to enhance HR service delivery within the organization

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for HR processes improvement initiatives

Identify and analyze risks, propose mitigation actions and suggest solutions for resolution of escalations

Qualifications

Work experience in Human Resources ( HR Generalist)

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems \xe2\x80\x93 Essential

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \xe2\x80\x93 Essential

Proficiency in MS Office packages

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
