Job Title: Senior HR Executive, Off-Boarding

Job Location: South West Singapore

Job Type: One Year Contract

Overview

You will be responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to documented procedures for assigned area of responsibility within OHR Shared Services, to fulfil internal and external service commitments.

You will also handle the daily workload and deliver day-to-day HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner with minimum supervision.

You will ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met in the delivery of HR transactions.

Job Responsibilities

HR Process Execution

  • Handle end-to-end offboarding process via the Cloud-Based HR System (CHRS).
  • This includes support in the letter preparation via Service Hub, coding of leave encashment and other payments in CHRS.
  • Support the departing staff on their enquiries related to leave, work pass matters, final payment and claims, etc.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to prepare conveyance emails for departing staff
  • Review and manage leaver\'s records in CHRS modules.
  • Support electronic filing of employee\'s personal documents in Opentext xECM application.
  • Use HR tools and systems appropriately to complete assigned work and ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
  • Ensure data integrity when meeting deadlines and timely delivery of services.
  • Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes or redirect/escalate to the relevant parties/authorities for follow-up/ decisions.
  • Often the \'Expert\' in assigned area of service delivery work. Be a valuable partner to management, colleagues and staff by providing accurate and expert advice for own area of work.
  • Understand the scope of process work and the SLAs for each service, and ensure all process documentations are current, accurate and complete.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the organisation and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that HR requirements/processes are met.
HR Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Work as Process and/or Technology Champions within the Shared Services Teams to proactively identify ways to enhance work processes for improved performance either through self-discovery or through seeking feedback from stakeholders.
  • Recommend process changes in HR suite of process from recruitment, on-boarding, in-service, off-boarding etc, and participate and support HR improvement projects.
  • Generate improvement ideas and translate them into plans and actions.
Job Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma Holder with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
  • Results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites, Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, Electronic Signature, Electronic Content Management system will be advantageous.
