Job Description

This Business Manager role sits within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). This position is a Vice President level Business Management role supporting the Singapore Global Investment Banking business.

Job responsibilities

• Support Business heads to define and initiate revenue growth strategy and business priorities
• Business reviews, resources analysis and budgetary process and expense management
• Improve connectivity between lines of business to grow market share
• Oversee client prioritization and pipeline management across various product lines
• Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews
• Work with the Planning and Analysis, strategy and central team(s) to support accurate business analytics, financials and forecasts
• Work with regional/global business management team in delivery of regional/ global deliverables

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Management, Banker (relationship/Banking product) and/or Finance role
• An ability to work independently in a very dynamic environment, with an attention to detail, an eye for spotting trends, articulate in written and verbal communication who is able to present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences
• An ability to build relationships and influence others, across multiple disciplines and across levels of seniority
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills, proactive to initiate better processes and resolve outstanding issues
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize and adapt in the face of ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands
• Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
