Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Succession Planning and related development of successors
- In particular take ownership of the Global Top Talent Program and work to build on-the-job development programs and building a bridge between Top Talent and Succession Planning for critical roles.
- To support the development of leadership progression onboarding programs.
- Mobility and career rotations.
- Develop global talent management programs,
- Manage these global programs \xe2\x80\x93 including ongoing success measurement, continuous improvement of program impact, and efficient program administration.
- Consult with HR business partners on global and local development needs.
- Participate in global talent management initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or quivalent
- At least 6 - 8 years of global talent management experience
- Prior experience in handling global talent program
