Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Succession Planning and related development of successors
  • In particular take ownership of the Global Top Talent Program and work to build on-the-job development programs and building a bridge between Top Talent and Succession Planning for critical roles.
  • To support the development of leadership progression onboarding programs.
  • Mobility and career rotations.
  • Develop global talent management programs,
  • Manage these global programs \xe2\x80\x93 including ongoing success measurement, continuous improvement of program impact, and efficient program administration.
  • Consult with HR business partners on global and local development needs.
  • Participate in global talent management initiatives as required.



Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or quivalent
  • At least 6 - 8 years of global talent management experience
  • Prior experience in handling global talent program
