Manage these global programs \xe2\x80\x93 including ongoing success measurement, continuous improvement of program impact, and efficient program administration.
Consult with HR business partners on global and local development needs.
Participate in global talent management initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Human Resource Management or quivalent
At least 6 - 8 years of global talent management experience
Prior experience in handling global talent program
