Responsibilities

Develop and deliver logistics automation solutions aligned with customer needs and standards.
Oversee equipment procurement, warehouse setup, and end-to-end project execution.
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and provide user training.
Define KPIs, monitor automation performance, and identify process gaps.
Recommend and implement enhancements, reporting ROI and productivity metrics.
Explore and implement advanced automation technologies through operational simulations.
Work with stakeholders, including suppliers and consultants, and support regional automation projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
8+ years in global logistics (6+ with a Master's), including warehouse automation and project management.
Proficient in WMS/WCS, simulation tools, and automation design.
Strong expertise in logistics automation technologies, process optimization, and financial analysis.
Skilled in data tools (Power BI, Tableau) and regulatory compliance.
