Work with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests,
Drive the documentation and account opening processes for prioritized clients from initiation to completion,
Serve as point person for clients in the onboarding process,
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk and Operations,
Provide transparency to Sales and clients on onboarding status,
Act as initial escalation point for clients and internal groups for issues/bottlenecks in the onboarding process
Job Requirements
Degree in a relevant subject matter
Ideal candidate will have worked in or have worked in pre-executions / onboarding functions

Be able to strike good balance in between Risk Management and Commercial

Communication Skills - Communicates what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner and shares information/new ideas with others.
Business and Regulatory focus - to be able to build different jurisdictional regulatory, and product specific requirements in regards in pre-execution space
Teamwork - Strong team player, collaborates with others within and across teams, encourages other team members to participate and contribute and acknowledges the contributions of others.
Judgment and Problem solving - Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives. Sees the big picture and effectively analyses complex issues.
