Job Description

This is a permanent role for SSA team that provides all front office systems and applications solutions and daily support for OCBC Global Markets across different entities, desks and asset classes. The primary functions are to enable front office desks to perform their daily activities in Murex and other front-end applications and ensure all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Additionally, this role would be liaising with key supporting partners for end-to-end issues resolutions and proper tracking of all system issues logs.

The role will evolve as the team transforms to further value add to the Global Markets division, by building more in-house development capabilities, providing process and tasks automation, improving data analytics and providing agile innovative solutions to front office users.

Responsibilities:

• Raise and track system access configuration requests for FO desks
• Raise and track system static and configuration requests (MX Portfolio, Trade classification parameters, Product generators and relevant static, Curves and risk settings configurations)
• Engage in teams\xe2\x80\x99 daily routines supporting auto reports distributions and BOTs maintenance
• Support new products testing activities and roll-outs
• Participate in major new MX releases and relevant regression testing activities
• Investigate and follow up on reported reconciliation issues from downstream parties
• Provide smart agile system solutions or tools for Murex and EUCs (Excel or Python based applications)
• Provide efficient backup for other team members
• Participate in regular audit system reviews, support regulatory data queries from internal and external parties
• Work closely with IT and other supporting partners (Risk, Ops, Finance, GDO) on system issues resolution, system and process enhancements
• Actively participate in key MX programs and projects during various projects stages

• Education: Poly diploma, University degree in Computer science/ Software engineering/ Business Administration/ Finance
