Job PurposeDrive the OFR Operational Key Account Management function for specific customer(s), Product Growth strategy in accordance with Regional and Global OFR Strategy with the objective of achieving optimum growth, profitability and effective use of business assets and human resources.Be the single point of customer interface for all operational topics including implementation, performance reviews & process improvement, customer service and seeking for improved solutions.Coordinate with the other functions and countries globally to ensure service delivery in line with customer expectation.Main Responsibilities
