A truly exciting, highly rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Organisation Design & TOM consultant to join the team at a group level within a team with a global remit to drive the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s organisational design & target operating model agenda.

The successful candidate will operate within the Organisational Design (OD) space at a \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99 operational level, getting into the detail of the data. This person will look at OD across the firm, promoting best practice, developing the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 design principles and promoting harmonisation.

The key OD skillset areas are: Target Operating Models, Organisation Design Review, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisational change. An exciting firm with big prospects, they are in growth mode and investing in technology to enable further market share.

Essential: Organisation Design experience from a consulting firm or, an expert within a global organisation. Should be operating as a Senior Consultant, Manager level in this space. Global Fintech, Tech or Financial Services experience is preferable.
