In Thailand, Bjak is recognized under the name Dsure. As we extend our footprint into Thailand, we are seeking a dedicated Global Public Relations and Communications Manager to join our team. As the Global Public Relations and Communications Manager for our Singapore branch, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic communication initiatives to elevate the company\'s brand presence and reputation in the Singaporean market. This role requires a seasoned communications professional with a global mindset and a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with global objectives and tailored to the Singapore market.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers in Singapore.
  • Proactively identify and respond to media opportunities to enhance the organization\'s visibility.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company\'s global messaging and resonates with the Singaporean audience.
  • Develop and implement effective crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate reputation risks.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and liaison with the media during crisis situations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication within the organization, ensuring alignment with global messaging.
  • Provide communication support for internal initiatives, announcements, and events.
  • Plan and execute PR events, product launches, and press conferences in Singapore.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment in Singapore, providing regular reports and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and communications, with a focus on the Singaporean market.
  • In-depth understanding of local culture, media landscape, and communication trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably in other local languages.
  • Proven experience in crisis management and effective media relations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
