About Team: Global Workplace Planning team at Bytedance is to understand and coordinate the needs for space usage in China & non-mainland China, providing localized space solutions for businesses and driving effective allocation and utilization of space resources.

1. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their spatial requirements. Coordinate and monitor the progress within real estate teams to ensure timely execution of respective items.
2. Analysis of space requirements, workplace occupancy and market trends, to develop ad hoc scenario portfolio reports and identify productivity initiatives.
3. Support workstream optimization towards industry best practice, and ensure consistency in quality and depth of analysis for each project.
4. Engage regularly with business and functional leaders to provide valuable input to regional real estate teams from a business strategy, operations and cost perspective, and ensure local business growth is supported in line with organizational strategy.
1. Master\'s degree or above; willing to accept travel duties.
2. 3-5 years of deeply-engaged work experience around strategic management, office real estate project lifecycle (strategy, transactions, design, construction, space management) in the tech or Internet industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to integrate and coordinate holistically information resources and strategic planning while exercising sound judgment.
4. A proven track record of streamlining and simplifying complex procedures, and championing efficiency, flexibility and frugality in the face of rapid business growth and adjustments, demanding priorities and tight deadlines.
