Global Services Analyst

Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all the voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies keep engaging with their customers no matter where their employees are working from. Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. As we build the Global Services foundation, we are looking for a Global Services Analyst who can help with leading the geographic expansion of Toku’s communications network. What would you be doing? You will report to our Head of Global Services. You will be responsible for supporting the department’s control and communications attributes of the Toku services and support creating the packaging of services in accordance with regulatory/network/platform attributes.   • Packaging regulatory changes to in-life services affecting customers’ behavior.
  • Supporting sales request tasks for new or changes to in-life services.
  • Performing activities for risk reduction to in-life services.
  • Administering the regulatory requirements of the retailer and subscriber registries.
  • Keeping communications to customers updated with regards to compliance of service.
  • Managing the service matrix for internal users to assess current capabilities.
  • Administrative processes to deploy changes originating from regulatory notices into the organization.
  • Supporting sales teams in understanding current services and interpreted values.
  • Protecting the Toku services from changes to the external factors technical, regulatory, and commercial.
  • Verification of customer subscriber data according to country regulatory needs.
  • Creation of process documentation for internal use (logical and visual).
  • Assessment of operational processes to identify potential risks to services.

We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • 5-8 years of experience working in the telecom and cloud communications industry (CPaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS).
  • Expertise in telco/ITC and data-privacy regulations in APAC markets.
  • A strong technical understanding of PSTN and VoIP networks.
  • Analytical with regards to a logical process.
  • Expert English language for interpretation accuracy.
  • Inquisitive in nature to decipher/uncover hidden risks.
