:THE COMPANYOur Client is a US listed Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing industry (Revenue Size of $700 million USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a Tax Specialist (Transfer Pricing) to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Tax Manager.THE ROLEThe Tax Specialist will be responsible for:
- Transfer pricing matters for Singapore, China and US
- Assisting with transfer pricing queries and audits by liaising closely with external service providers and local teams
- Business partnering with various business units to provide pragmatic solutions to commercial arrangements in accordance with the company\'s global tax structure
- Monitoring changes in tax laws in various tax jurisdictions where the company operates and assessing the relevance and impact to the business and communicate them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 5 years of work experience in tax and/or transfer pricing (preferably from a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm)
- Transfer pricing experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and international tax rules including corporate income tax, VAT/GST
- Experience in US GAAP reporting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Clear and rapid career progression
