Role Purpose Statement:

? Sales target achievement and hunting role.

Main Accountabilities:

? Sales hunting and target achievement of the Air Freight division to achieve sales and profitability targets.


? Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for differentiation.


? Assist in managing the air freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of import/export shipments.


? Lead negotiations on contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for the company while meeting the needs of the client.


? Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents.


? Implement best practices to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and improve operational efficiency.


? Ensures that operations and documentation requirements are consistent with the current operational compliance.


? Ensure that the air freight adheres to global standards and certifications to maintain credibility and trust with clients.


? Drive the adoption of digital tools and innovative technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery within the air freight vertical.


? Build and maintain relationships with key air freight carriers, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels, capacity, and cost-efficiency.


? Drive growth by planning line haul operations for shipments, while closely monitoring movements.


? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


? Collaborate with other departments, such as to ensure smooth and efficient import/export operations.

Qualification:

? Education - Graduate


? Experience - Total 7-10 years.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:


? Experience in Freight Forwarding sales and target achievement (Import / Export).


? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


? Able to work very independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment.


? Experience in contract negotiations, air freight operations and other relevant processes.


? A customer-focused approach to innovation, ensuring solutions align with evolving client needs and preferences.


? Maintain good network of the shippers, consignees, suppliers and overseas agents.


? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


? Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
