Responsibilities:

Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies
Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s commercial portfolio
Secure new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
Recommend periodic changes to tenancy mix renewal of existing leases
Conduct market research and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
Prepare annual rental budget, rental forecast and management reports
Sign letter of offer, tenancy agreement and other related documentations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or any other relevant discipline
Minimum 15 years\' experience in retail or commercial leasing
Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties
