:The CompanyWe have an exciting opportunity available and seek an experienced Finance Change Manager with a strong background in managing and implementing financial transformations to support our client on a strategic transformation project.The Role

• Partner with project team to develop change management plan aligned with project objectives, success factors, and benefits.
• Conduct Change Impact and Management Assessments for each project.
• Create actionable deliverables for change management areas: planning, impact assessment, communication, readiness, training, role mapping.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including finance leaders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and support for the transformation project.
• Localize, own, and execute change management plan; coach local leaders in change initiatives.
• Identify, resolve, and report risks and issues regularly.
• Anticipate and manage resistance; engage leaders in overcoming opposition.
• Lead training efforts; ensure user readiness and evaluate outcomes.
• Consult project teams and coordinate with other change specialists.
• Develop success metrics; monitor change progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across departments and regions.
• Apply structured methodology; integrate change management into project timeline.

Your Profile

• Experience/certification on: Project Management Skill/Process Improvement Skill/Change Management
• Understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, especially in relation to financial modules and chart of accounts structures.
• Ability to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting requirements, especially related to chart of accounts design and management.
