Job Overview - Golf Service Ambassadors
The Golf Service Ambassador (GSA) is a key member of the Golf team and must be able to adapt to meet the rapid changing demands and requirements of golf operations. All Members and golfers are to be given the best service possible. On-the-job training will be provided.
It is critical that the Golf Service Ambassador provides excellent customer service, ensuring friendly and efficient service, recognize regular golfers and Members of the Club. The GSA must be able to deal effectively with Members and golfers, understand golf course etiquette and use of golf course equipment and is able to diplomatically handle customers in various scenarios, including challenging situations; identify opportunities to provide suggestions and promote upcoming events in and around the Club. The services rendered must support the goals of the Club.
The GSA is responsible for providing first-contact customer interaction, administration and management of day-to-day golf operations including but not limited to the following:
