Job Description


Product Manager | Microsoft 365

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
  • Location: Central
  • Remuneration: Up to $9,000 + AWS
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools. This includes managing the full product lifecycle, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, and Intune policy implementation to support secure and scalable digital workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product vision, roadmaps, and feature priorities for Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, governance, and compliance
  • Oversee implementation and management of Microsoft Intune policies for secure device and app management
  • Translate user needs into product requirements and manage the product backlog
  • Lead product development using agile methodologies with cross-functional teams
  • Drive adoption and usability of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related tools
  • Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and budget tracking
  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product or project management roles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, tenant management, and Intune
  • Strong understanding of agile development practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
