• Assist and maintain governance frameworks to align with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organisation.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring effective risk controls.
• Monitor and report on risk management activities, providing recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards, such as Cyber Trust Mark (\xe2\x80\x9cCTM\xe2\x80\x9d), ISO 27001, etc.
• Lead and coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain the certifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet certification requirements.
• Manage and document processes related to the certifications.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments for effective GRC implementation.
• Organise and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for standard-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma or higher qualification in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
• Experience with the CTM or similar certification processes.
• Coordination experience, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Additional experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or related GRC areas (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance requirements.
• Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in GRC tools and software (advantageous).
