Job Description
Highlights:
12 Months Contract
Nearest MRT: Toa Payoh
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Background:
You will be appointed as the primary point of contact for any programme enrolment and first line interaction with stakeholders on programme participation.
Responsibilities:
Processing of course enrolment.
Uploading of course data input, certificates, photo orders.
Procurement of small value items to ITQ
Recording of course information
Data Cleaning
Record Management
Requirement:
Background in Training, Programme Administration, Procurement or Office Administration will be preferred.
Experienced in any data visualization and analytics tools. (E.g, Excel, Tableau)
