DESIGNATION : Senior Programme Executive/Assistant Manager (18-month contract), SKBI

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (SKBI) Outreach

  • Manage various outreach projects in planning and execution, including administration and logistics
  • Assist Director, Program and Academics, with partnership and stakeholder management for certain projects / new projects
  • Manage events and ensure deliverables are completed according to the timeline
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to student clubs and volunteers
  • Support Train-the-trainers programs, liaise with speakers, handle faculty appointment, curriculum revision, participant recruitment and final assessment coordination
  • Support Peer-to-peer workshops: liaise with program partners on workshop/program creation and collaboration
  • Supporting the budget management and reporting processes
Research administration
  • Support and assist the Director (Program and Academics) and Principal Investigators with the design, delivery and implementation of research survey and report
  • Support the collection, collation and maintenance of the repository of data and records from survey responses, both online and offline, and online and mobile games, and assist in articulation of conclusions and outcomes
  • Oversee and liaise with research assistants and external research collaborators and the Principal Investigators and collaborators for Research and Analytics
  • Assist with the management and coordination of vendors that might be procured for further expertise to design and deliver research surveys


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree with relevant work experience in administering events, outreach, academic/training programs, preferably in academic institutions Ability to work with various stakeholders, including students, academics and partners
  • Good project management, organisational and logistics management skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and be responsible for quality of work
  • Work collaboratively in a team to achieve desired results
