Data analysis and incident reporting . Financial administration - Provide support on the review of financial schemes related to COVID-19 - Timely and accurate administration of subsidies and funding to providers and stakeholders . Communications with GPs - Accurate, succinct, and timely communications to PHPCs on COVID-19 and other infectious diseases Administrative support for Healthier SG Implementation (3 FTEs) . Provide secretariat support for the main workgroup and four sub-workgroups to facilitate the meetings . Provide logistical support both on-site physical and hybrid meetings . Communication and engagement efforts - Provide administrative and logistical support for the communication and engagement efforts for GPs and other healthcare providers - Support focus group discussion with professional bodies, GP leaders and GP community to ensure relevance of Healthier SG implementation - Curate content and materials for engagements, including coordinating inputs across multiple internal and external stakeholders comprising clinical, policy and operational aspects - Post event, draft notes to synthesize the key follow ups, and ensure that this feedback are shared with relevant divisions.
