Responsibilities:
Lead Key Accounts Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their logistics needs are met with high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Drive sales efforts to increase revenue and market share for the Global Projects & Industry Solutions division.
Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L for key accounts, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent and robust flow of opportunities.
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategies to secure increased sales volume and enhance the quality of sales engagements.
Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operational processes in line with corporate strategy and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions.
Requirements:
Proven technical and leadership experience.
Market knowledge and customer contacts in various verticals
Relevant experience in project logistics business, Out-Of-Gauge (OOG), Non Common-Load (NCL), Break-Bulk and multimodal heavy and oversized transport would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of sea freight (FCL, Ro/Ro), air freight, land and rail transport
Customer-oriented way of working
