Overview

SITA is a dynamic organisation delivering IT solutions to over 1800 airlines, airports, Ground handling agents and government agencies globally. In Singapore, our key customers include Singapore airlines, Changi Airport and the Immigration and Customs Authority of Singapore.

PURPOSE

The life-cycle of delivery of solutions to our customers is as follows:

  • SITA\xe2\x80\x99s Sales and Business Development teams work with our airport customers to understand their objectives, and maps this to SITA products and solutions which can help them achieve their goals
  • Our Customer Solutions team is responsible for developing a detailed solution based on an intimate understanding of these customer requirements, as well as pricing the solution to balance the customer\xe2\x80\x99s budget with SITA\xe2\x80\x99s profitability requirements
  • The Project Delivery team will roll out the solution once the customer has agreed to proceed, including the installation of hardware and software
  • The SITA Global Services (SGS) team is responsible for ongoing support of the solution once it has been delivered to the customer. SGS drives customer adoption and assists the customer in realizing optimal value of the solution, pathing the way for retention and expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will report into the SGS Commercial Manager, and work under the guidance of an experienced Service Design Manager.
  • Involved in various commercial aspects of service model design including resource costing & SLA assessment and assisting in cost/budget management for the division.
  • You will also be involved as a change advocate for continuous improvement, working as part of the APAC CI Program office to spearhead CI initiatives in APAC.
  • Identify areas of innovation, automation and improvements where possible, leveraging on emerging technologies, tools and trends
EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with:
  • A passion for the aviation industry, and a curiosity to understand how IT solutions deployed at airports make life for travelers more convenient
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to be exposed to many aspects of business, including developing and delivering presentations, writing detailed solution documents, and creating Excel-based financial models
  • Preferable from Information Technologies, Engineering or Aerospace degree background.
