RESPONSIBILITIES Programme Description: Adopting a blended learning approach through education (10%), exposure (20%) and experience (70%):

Specific Responsibilities:
Job rotations in Senior Cluster Network/Residential Care settings
Senior Cluster Network settings consist of planning, operations and volunteer Management
Residential Care settings consist of 24 hours medical and nursing care, respite care, allied health care, case management, care concierge, and programme planning
Have the opportunity to be groomed to supervisor level with excellent performance
Actively liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of care
Support our daily operations smoothly and perform incident management protocols
Constantly review SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize plans for operations
Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives together with our business teams while continuing to deliver a delightful client experience
Support in the execution of designated emergency response tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
ITE/ Diploma certificate
Disciplines in nursing, community care & social services, health promotion and management, business, arts and social science.
