DESIGNATION : NTUC Health Graduate Programme (Health Executive)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Description: Adopting a blended learning approach through education (10%), exposure (20%) and experience (70%):

  • Structured modular training
  • Accelerated exposure and hands-on opportunities in community care sector
  • Deliver workable solutions towards integrated eldercare services
  • Leaning towards building a leadership pipeline for NTUC Health
Programme Highlights:

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Job rotations in Senior Cluster Network/Residential Care settings
  • Senior Cluster Network settings consist of planning, operations and volunteer Management
  • Residential Care settings consist of 24 hours medical and nursing care, respite care, allied health care, case management, care concierge, and programme planning
  • Have the opportunity to be groomed to supervisor level with excellent performance
  • Actively liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of care
  • Support our daily operations smoothly and perform incident management protocols
  • Constantly review SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize plans for operations
  • Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives together with our business teams while continuing to deliver a delightful client experience
  • Support in the execution of designated emergency response tasks
Technical Skills and Competencies:
  • Combination of Functional, Personal Development & Leadership


QUALIFICATIONS
  • ITE/ Diploma certificate
  • Okay with travelling islandwide, if required
  • Disciplines in community care & social services, health promotion and management, business, arts and social science.
  • Excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
  • Volunteer experiences in the community
  • Eager to make a difference
