Since its inception in 2015, this programme has nurtured 5 cohorts of passionate tech professionals. Exceptional individuals will have the chance to progress to the Senior Term for an additional 2-year, where you will benefit from job rotation to gain diverse experiences, deepen your IT knowledge based across multiple facets of the IT landscape. Those who excel during the Senior Term may be selected to join the Board\'s talent management programme. Regardless of progression path, all NextGeners will have the opportunity to continue contributing your expertise and make meaningful impact with the Board.What you will be working on:

• Innovative and Impactful national ICT Projects: Harness on technology to support Singaporeans in funding their needs in retirement, housing and healthcare. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diverse Opportunities: Explore and work in a wide range of areas with a team of 700 IT professionals with diverse job functions from Application Development & Support, Cloud Computing, ICT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps to Robotics & Automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional Growth: Gain essential technical knowledge through on-the-job training, and a structured leadership development programme. We are dedicated to the ethos of "Work Smarter, Live Better" by continually innovating and optimising our work processes. What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
