Job Description

The graphic artist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's Digital Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and support the expansion and growth of the company across all digital channels. It also includes the creation of content that drives our brands and engages customers.

  • Build and execute digital marketing strategy together with Marketing Officers and Product Managers to identify future opportunities for content marketing enhancement and strategize product-specific campaigns.
  • Planning, designing, and implementing campaigns on digital and social media to boost brand awareness
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage campaigns and other initiatives
  • Co-Manage all the social media channels and eCommerce platforms of the company. Social media channels include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Ecommerce platforms include Lazada and Shopee Stores.
  • Responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company on social media accounts to engage customers.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Continuously improve the content by capturing and analyzing digital marketing data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Tracks, monitors, and evaluates results for specific marketing programs and campaigns, to determine ROI and support the development and refinement of future marketing plans.
  • Relay inquiries and feedback gathered from media to pertinent personnel and/or department;
  • Creates, curates, and edits marketing collaterals for printed materials (flyers, brochures, etc) and electronic mail dissemination (EDM, event invitation, promo, newsletter, etc); as well as internal marketing needs, such as company ID, email signature, business card, company newsletter, virtual backgrounds for virtual events/webinars, eCommerce thumbnails, etc.
  • Assist the Marketing and Product Management Team during events by assisting in the Ingress/Egress, Booth setup, Dry Run, and Event management.
  • Executes special projects/activities not encompassed by previously listed tasks.
General Activities:
  • May staff company booth or exhibit trade and community fairs;
  • Travel may be required to attend conferences, client meetings, and company-sponsored events.
  • Maybe referral person for questions on department marketing/communication materials; and
  • Perform functions that may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
Job Specification
  • Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, and social media is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills to deliver target message effectively with staff, partners, and clients;
  • Ability to get along well with different personalities and to work well in teams.
  • Passion for technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Keynote is a must;
  • Must have professionalism, passion to succeed, and a motivation to reach higher goals;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, efficiently, and accurately;
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication;
  • Proficiency and expertise with design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva;
  • Must have creative and analytical thinking skills;
  • Must have an understanding of the importance of ROI as it relates to measuring campaign success.
  • Must have 1-3 Years of marketing or client service experience in the market research industry;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Marketing (with digital marketing courses);
  • Experience working for a B2B marketing company or social media campaigns from content creation to delivery and launches - is an advantage;
