General Qualifications:Must have executed designs for various publications and other marketing tools.Must be proficient in using various software for design executionExperience in photography and multimedia platform is an advantage.Must be highly dependable, trustworthy and service orientedMust be a graduate of any 4-year course.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead person to handles graphic design requirements of the Laguna campus (both for college and the Integrated School).

• Assists the Creative Director and Coordinators in planning creative concepts for various marketing and PR Programs.

• Assist in the development of printed and online publications such as 2401 and D magazine.

• Develops graphic and layouts for marketing illustrations, logos and websites.

• Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy.

• Creates, designs, and produces layouts such as but not limited to flyers, brochures, tarpaulin, billboards, signage, posters, roll ups, newspapers ads and other collaterals needed for marketing.

• Quality control and validation on the usage of logos, emblem or other official DLSU trademarks.

• Executes design requirements such as but not limited to, backdrops/expand, banners, flyers, brochures, poster, ID's, lanyard, pins, uniforms/shirts, invites, etc. as requested by school administrators staff and faculty for their curricular, co-curricular or extra-curricular activities and events.

• Manages job requests from typesetting through to design, print and production.

• Coordinates with school administrators, staff and faculty; briefs and advises them with regards to design style, format, print production and timeframe.

• Reviews final layouts and suggest improvements if necessary.

• Coordinates with Procurement and external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

• Accomplishes other tasks assigned by the Art Director or the Director of Marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malate, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic Artist: 1 year (Preferred)
