About the ROLE

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Marvable. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing and communication materials. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our DTC brand presence and attracting our target audience.

What you will be doing:

• Develop visually compelling graphics for a wide range of marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, digital advertisements, packaging, and print collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Translate conceptual ideas and creative briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Use graphic design software, AI, and other relevant tools to create and edit images, illustrations, typography, and layouts.
• Work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to create visually appealing graphics.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform them into engaging and effective visual designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
• Understanding of digital and social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Able to be flexible in design concepts and produce Memes when needed.

• Experience creating graphics for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Be up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements, incorporating them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Experience with AI tools, motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
