Job Overview:*
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text. His/Her duties include meeting the requirements of clients by using design software to complete projects and revise projects based on client feedback. He/She works closely with the Creatives Team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Works with other creative team members to produce content.

• Creates guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.

• Helps make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content My Busybee, Inc. will use.

• Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements.

• Prepares rough drafts and present ideas.

• Develops illustrations, logos and other designs using softwares.

• Uses the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

• Tests graphics across various media.

• Amends designs after feedback.

• Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate (Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or any related course).

• Must have at least one (1) year work experience related to the position.

• Must have experience doing website mock-up designs.

• Proven graphic designing experience.

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

• 3D editing skills (Blender) are an advantage/willing to train for Blender.

• Must know how to use Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Have experience doing UX/UI designs.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent eye for detail.

• Must be a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines.

• Must be willing to report to our head office in Loyola Heights, Quezon City (near Ateneo de Manila University) when needed and to work at home (hybrid setup).

• Stable internet connection and working computer.
