Job Description
The primary job responsibility of E-commerce Associate Graphic Designer is to assist the E-commerce Lead in analyzing the online sales data, analyzing trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the online retail market.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Product upload files
- Prepare and layout graphic design to be used for e-commerce platforms
- Review brand's product info on marketplaces for accuracy
- Monitor competitor's promotions and offerings
- Prepare and analyze detailed product inventory reports and make recommendations to improve brands' sales performance
- coordinates with sales and warehouse to ensure marketplaces are adequately stocked to hit or exceed targets
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Align with e-commerce team on marketplace campaigns
- Graduate of any Business course
- With great communication and analytical skills
- With experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
- With basic knowledge of various graphic software programs such as Adobe Systems Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, etc.
- Willing to report in Makati
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Monday to Friday
