About YouWe are looking for a highly-skilled Graphic Designer who is well-versed in graphic design, art styles, and layout techniques. Experienced with complex and diverse projects. Skilled in translating concepts into clear, unique, and compelling visual content. Creative thinker and a persistent problem solver. Empowered to deliver high-quality and well-crafted design. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.About the RoleThe core purpose of a Graphic Designer is to conceptualize and create digital design for The Beat website and other channels. This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in graphic design. Collaborate with the team to produce engaging, quality, attention-grabbing visual content. This also includes but not limited to:

• Translates briefs to engaging visual content for a variety of platforms
• Provide the team with graphics and visual concepts to improve our content in all channels (website, social media, paid ads, presentations, events, merchandising, etc.)
• Create marketing collaterals and provide improvements to the company's identity graphics
• Ensure creative content is aligned with company branding and is audience-centric
• Responsible for updating backups and archiving creative assets
• Capture the essence of local culture and subcultures across Asia and represent them in stunning visuals

Graphic Designer Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Arts or equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or any related field
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other related design software
• Experience in advertising company handling copies, design, and creative briefs is a plus
• Must have a portfolio showcasing their abilities and sample works
• Must have the desire to learn and share knowledge with the team to continuously cultivate creativity
• Must have strong social skills, a pulse of the street, technology-savvy, and a plugged-in lifestyle
• A self-starter who can work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing, and resolving problems with little to no supervision
• Ambassador of vibrant and positive vibes

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
