If you'd like to help shape how millions of people will eventually learn about mental health, psychedelics, find treatment professionals, gain hope, and find growth or healing, then this might be the best place to bring your energy and capabilities.Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer for Supermind, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics and imagery that will effectively communicate information and concepts about Psychedelics and Mental Health. Ideally, you would have experience in both graphic design and psychedelic artwork.What You'll Do

• Use image editing and digital illustration tools and software to deliver top-notch graphic designs and psychedelic artwork.

• Support in creating visual style guides (colors, images, and typefaces) and lay-out specifications for implementation in websites and other graphic media.

• Work with the team to create on-brand original images, illustrations, and visual elements for media kits, proposal decks, marketing collateral, and social media templates.

• Collaborate with our team by presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback into the final designs.

• Create production/print-ready files, as well as web-ready files.

• You possess an excellent artistic sense and attention to detail.

• You have mastered modern Web Design principles and have proven experience with HTML and CSS for responsive web design.
• You take initiative in getting things done and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Top 3 Major Pluses:

• At least three (3) years of experience in graphic design in digital and print, preferably in Psychedelics and Mental Health space.
• Complete proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and AfterEffects.
• At least one (1) year creating digital psychedelic art.

What You Should Also Have:

• At least three (3) years of experience in graphic design in digital and print, preferably in Psychedelics and Mental Health space.

• Complete proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and AfterEffects.

• At least one (1) year creating digital psychedelic art.
