Roles & Responsibilities 1. Role Description

• Designer will be able to get accustomed to the process of a design agency such as proposal design methods, micro-tasking oneself, both in studio and work-from-home arrangements as well as shadowing how brainstorming is done.
• Shadow the director to liaise with clients, designers and production specialists.
• Shadow the director in brainstorming, strategy analysis and problem-solving across junctures of key projects.
• Shadow project manager to keep track and follow up on communications and timelines pertaining to projects
• Shadow the director in updating and posting projects on the studio’s key social media channels (IG) and website.
• Get involved in brainstorming, strategy analysis and problem-solving directly across junctures of key projects

2. Specific Responsibilities

• To get accustomed to the process of a design agency such as proposal design methods, micro-tasking oneself, both in studio and work-from-home arrangements as well as shadowing how brainstorming is done.
• To get a good understanding of branding and graphic design-related tasks and produce material, work and other design services under the direction of the team and with close adherence to the suggested timeline.
• To achieve new knowledge in corresponding and liaising with clients, managing design projects, editing and reviewing the work prior to completion and final presentation.

3. Competencies

• Possess a solid understanding of design principles, printing procedures. Photography, film, and illustration capability is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience with UI/UX, web development is a plus
• A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
• Strong team player who can build strong relationships within all levels of the organization

4. Tiers of opening 2-4 years of experience — Middleweight Designer
5 years and above — Senior Designer
