Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Shall conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Shall create images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Shall study and determine design requirements
• Shall schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Shall prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Shall use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Shall work with middle and top management to produce final design
• Shall test graphics across various media
• Shall amend designs after feedback
• Shall ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Shall manage social media accounts
• Shall assume other responsibilities as assigned by superior/s.

Qualification

• Natural eye for design, color, aesthetics and details
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the latest trends and their role in e-commerce environment.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in Paranaque, Mon-Sat (8am-5pm)

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
