Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
  • Proven capacity to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and show initiative
  • Graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Tertiary qualifications in related discipline (Communication Design, Graphic Design etc.) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work to a design brief & produce quality work within a specified timeframe
  • Website Management and design (must have experience with WordPress & Elementor)
  • Marketing strategy conception and delivery - in consultation with Operations Managers
  • Creating web content and copy based on a design brief provided (Brief to be provided by operations managers)
  • Development of all POS artwork and management of external contractors
  • Development & design of various printed & digital media, such as menus, promotional posters, external signage, social media content as per instruction, plus more!
  • Marketing related administration jobs - creating compliance documents for venues & organise printing (liaise with our operations team), checking group email address etc.
  • Help with group Microsoft 365 needs - creating new email addresses, updating 365 groups, creating email footers, and updating for the employee
Job Responsibilities:
  • Check Seek applicants & send to the suitable person
  • Check all social media (Facebook & Instagram) & respond to any messages
  • Try to post something on social media across all venues - priority being Grand Hotel Instagram & Richmond Social Instagram - Marketing Assistant to schedule weekly
  • Check email address multiple times throughout the day
  • Check & respond to Google reviews
  • Update and manage website - career page with new jobs
  • Check with venues if they need anything advertised
  • Check individual venue websites that they are advertising correct jobs (seek ads may have expired)
  • Check info on each venue GOOGLE account - make sure trading hours correct, all other info is correct
  • Check photos on each venue GOOGLE account
  • Ensure all websites content is up to date - update where applicable (WordPress & Elementor)
  • Follow up with any promotional events - main beverage suppliers
  • Update screens in venues with any new promotional material/food specials
  • every 1st of every month - record followers across all platforms on excel sheet and set a calendar reminder
  • Check venues have enough YourPlay Cards, Cash Float booklets, Maintenance booklets etc. + organise more to be printed if needed
