Government 12 months Contract Our client is leading government agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiative and public sector digital transformation from Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Sensors & IoT, Digital Infrastructure, to Cybersecurity. Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for managing the entire process of conceptualising and developing visuals, illustrations, print & digital marketing collaterals, and layouts to meet project objectives and timelines
• Understand and apply design principles, compositions & layouts in digital (social media, EDMs, websites) and print
• Study briefs and define requirements
• Schedule projects and define constraints
• Prepare drafts, present ideas, develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Ensure branding consistency across designs and artwork
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after receiving feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
• Work closely with Community Managers, Product Managers, and the Marketing team to produce final design
• Provide support to other project teams where necessary

• Excellent design skills with a flair for layout and aesthetics
• Good working knowledge of design processes and finished artwork preparation
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in design agency or freelance in graphic and visual design for marketing & digital marketing collaterals
• Diploma or Degree in Design / Web / Graphic / Creative Multimedia or other related discipline
• A strong portfolio showcasing past graphic design and illustration works
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Great sense of aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail
• A team player who can work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Keen interest in Digital Services and Products

• Knowledge of HTML, motion graphic, photography and video editing skill would be advantageous
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience in tech industry/digital products
