Responsibilities: Digital Marketing assists with developing strategic communication plans that enhance and support ideal brand positioning for the various concepts under our belt. Possess great verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for helping the Creative Manager on content and marketing productions both digitally and on site for the various concepts under The Tipsy Collective Group
• Create written and designed digital content and schedules and repurpose online and offline content for digital purposes
• Edit and proofread a variety of content across digital channels (social, web, marketing) ensuring each concept meets style, tone and marketing message requirements as well as reflecting the overall brand
• Manage day-to-day management of social media networks
• Brainstorm creative ideas for posts and manage weekly content calendar
• Compile social media reports to monitor impact of social media activity
• Monitor and identify relevant trends on social media, new tools and applications
• Organise & execute on marketing collaterals, social media content, menu designs and design related work required.
• Cultivates open communication with the team and Creatives, both one-on-one and in the team-like environment
• Accountable for following up with the team to ensure deadlines are understood
• Communicates timing “realities” to keep things moving and the team united toward a common goal
