Develop concept and design marketing collateral, including flyers, letters, emails and websites, social platform, etc. Create A&P advertisement as required. Assist in marketing our A&P programs. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and activities. Proper documentation and systematic archival of all artwork files. To work closely with the current marketing team to ensure project completion within deadlines. Assist in ad-hoc duties. Requirements: Diploma in Art/Desiogn/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in Design, Marketing preferably in beauty/FMCG Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Creative with and excellent aesthetic sense. Team player with the ability to work independently. Able to multitas, withstand pressure, overtime to chase deadlines. Self-starter and motivated. Good interpersonal and networking skills to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Photography/Videography skills would be an added value. Experience in web design and designing of marketing collaterals/press and digital advertisements.
