Own the art direction of our social media channels, websites, and blogs;
Provide cryptocurrency-related assets for branding and marketing collaterals;
Develop creative concepts, from big ideas to art direction and visual design, maintaining the brand\xe2\x80\x99s level of creative excellence and professionalism;
Ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative team;
Interpret project briefs and develop multi-channel, social-first content and campaigns;
Work closely with the Creative team, including writers, designers, art directors, and producers;
Manage multiple projects, while working with both internal teams and third-party vendors/ freelancers;
Keep abreast with the latest crypto and industry trends, consistently contributing fresh ideas to content creation;
Be responsible for the execution of creative work, which includes:\xc2\xb7
Graphic design;
Social media asset creation and mocks
Present, share and review creative work internally.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic, Communication Design, Web, Information, or equivalent;
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a creative in agencies or senior in-house roles;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Experience with various social and digital platforms for advertising and marketing;
Experience in developing concepts in the creative / video production industry;
Strong leadership qualities: display good judgment, great ownership, maturity, and enthusiasm;
Proficient in developing social media and online content strategies;
Proven ability to meet deadlines, develop plans for the completion of projects and execute them in a timely manner;
A go-getter attitude: willing to share ideas, solve problems, and not afraid to learn;
Flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment;
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency is highly advantageous.
