About Deelish Brands
Deelish Brands is the fastest growing fast casual restaurant group in Singapore. We have 9 restaurants, including brands such as Fatburger and 800 Degrees. During the next few years, we intend to expand our business 5-fold both in Singapore and Southeast Asia. We are looking to assemble an all-star team of marketing professionals to join our fast growing company.
The Position
This is a newly created position within the company. We are looking for a talented, well-rounded designer to join our marketing team. As an in-house designer, you will be working closely with the Marketing Director and other senior members of the marketing team to design and execute various engaging and compelling creative campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
You will research, conceptualize and create designs on a wide range of platforms such as: social media, email campaigns, digital menu boards, and print collateral such as restaurant menus and pamphlets. You will work effectively to design and execute creative solutions, from the big picture, down to the small details. You will manage a dynamic set of work priorities, demands, and changes. You will keep your managers informed and projects on track with timelines. You will be able to create new designs within the consistency of standardized brand guidelines. You will provide revisions to finished pieces based on team feedback. You will confidently present and articulate creative concepts, designs, and ideas. You will stay aware of what competitors are doing in terms of their branding art direction to keep one step ahead.
Job Requirements
You will have a Bachelor's degree in an art and/or design related subject. You are up to date on the latest design styles and trends. You are enthusiastic about EVERYTHING design and find the restaurant world interesting. You demonstrate proficiency in visualizing concepts and using well-practiced design skills to execute. You have an impressive portfolio demonstrating breadth across various mediums of design: illustration, typesetting, and branding across both print and digital. You are an expert at using Adobe CC on Mac (mostly AI, PS, InDesign). You have basic photography and video editing skills. You are social media savvy and up on the latest trends. You have a good team spirit and are able to collaborate well with others. You bring a positive attitude and an inspiring work ethic to our company. You are capable of seeing a project from concept to completion.
