Job Description

:Proceed and handle finance transactions and functions, including receivables, payables, receipts and paymentsHandle sales revenue reporting and track payments transactionsPrepare relevant finance reporting monthly, quarterly and annuallyPerform monthly account closing including bookkeeping and financial statementsForecast financial status to set and report the finance plan daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basisPrepare and file IRAS Tax filing including GST, withholding tax, and any regarding corporate income taxDeal with various internal parties such as project team, operation team and other relevant internal partiesLiaise with various parties such as bankers, auditors and HQ officeAssist in work related matters and ad hoc assignments- Coordinate and facilitated group external audit procedures.- Handle full scope of internal control and observe the flow of financial transactions based on SOX regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications0-5 years of relevant experience- Must have professional knowledges of accountings and financial managementRelated work experiences in gaming and e-commerce industry are plusStrong understanding of accounting principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial ModellingFluency in English is a must; Korean language capability is a plusCreative and self starter mindset as well as high degree of attention to very last detailStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to perform under pressure and address issues in a timely mannerOther Information:Annual Leave 14days, Coverage of medical expenses according to company regulations*We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About Us:Gravity Game Hub is a Singapore-based branch office of Gravity Co Lt. the subsidiary is established in 2021 where the company is to provide online and mobile game services to the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia.
