Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:


Lead and manage the full

BCA Green Mark certification process

(e.g. Platinum, Super Low Energy) across our construction projects. Coordinate with

BCA, Green Mark consultants, and internal project teams

to ensure timely submission and assessment of sustainability documentation. Collaborate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure all works comply with sustainability targets and Green Mark criteria. Integrate

sustainable design and construction practices

into all project phases. Monitor and support

energy modelling, daylighting, thermal comfort

, and other sustainability simulations. Prepare and maintain comprehensive

Green Mark documentation

, including checklists, pre-assessment reports, and final submissions. Track and report project sustainability performance and ensure compliance with certification requirements. Conduct

training sessions and workshops

for project teams on sustainability practices and Green Mark requirements. Engage with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to promote sustainability objectives and ensure successful certification outcomes.

What We're Looking For

GMAP or GMAAP certification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in Green Mark coordination or sustainability roles within the construction industry. Strong understanding of BCA Green Mark criteria, certification workflows, and sustainability documentation. Knowledge of energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and related sustainability parameters. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sustainability documentation management; familiarity with energy modelling tools is an advantage. Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting sustainability in the built environment.
